T-ara will release their summer special single titled 'Bikini' on August 1!

T-ara's best gift to their fans is the fact that they are still here with us, and that we are now celebrating their 4th anniversary! 

But if you want another gift, here's a surprise treat from T-ara.  On July 29, it was revealed that T-ara will be releasing a summer special digital single titled 'Bikini' on August 1.  with Davichi and Skull

It is produced by Duble Sidekick, and aside from T-ara, the song will also feature the vocals of Davichi and reggae musician and rapper Skull.

'Bikini' begins with the sound of seagulls and goes in an exciting melody with a distinctive bass part and Skull's rap. Davichi and T-ara's emphasis on their vocals will create a lively and cheerful song that will make you want to head to the ocean.

As T-ara is busy with their upcoming concerts, they will only release the song as well as a music video.  Core Contents Media also added, "T-ara will go on tour in Japan and Hong Kong soon, so they will only release the song online and a music video as well."

Areum announces her departure from T-ara, will pursue a solo career

Trolling and making bad decisions have become a bad habit of Core Contents Media and Kim Kwangso, and we think they've done it again.

Just when we thought everything's going fine for T-ara, here they are announcing Areum's departure from the group in order to pursue a solo career.

Smiling even though she has a heavy heart, here is Areum with her video titled 'T-ara Areum Solo Declaration', which surprised fans after it was uploaded on July 10th.

Transcript:

"There's a new update. It looks like I'll be seeing you all as a solo artist. Don't forget T-ara's Areum.  Thank you for giving me so much love. I felt so much love at the fan meeting and while promoting with T-ara. In the future, I'll be meeting you all with an image that's a few thousand times better than the Areum you saw in 'Countryside Life'. The time I had with the unnies will be a fond memory, but Areum will most likely be returning solo. Still, the unnies will continue to be active, so don't forget them and don't forget Areum either. Areum fighting and T-ara fighting. Thank you so much for loving Areum until now. Please don't ever forget the songs or performance I had with T-ara. I miss you. I love you"

Core Contents Media stated that the reasons Areum is becoming a solo artist are so she could focus on hip hop, which she's always been interested in, as well as to give her the chance to pursue other activities like acting.
